Eh... well it depends on the outfit, other than that they're both pretty easy for me.

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
I absolutely love drawing hair and length is barely a problem for me because I feel it expresses their personality. Irl's I have long hair down to me bum.

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
Left cause I'm a right handed freak.

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Side cause I'm lazy.

People and comics and funny pictures and traditional still life stuff and such.

Eh... both?

The head cause I'm weird.

I need to be listening to music, if I'm not then I'll just for some reason start humming or singing a song.

I think of Otterpops.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
A couple of hours but if it's a drawing only a few minutes.

J-pop, video game music, musicals, anything i can sing along to.

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
not very long I just go with random stuff.

Pencil and SAI.

Black, Silver, Blue and Purple.

Anime, and pretty much all cartoon.

I'm not sure. Whatever floats my boat I guess. Oh by the way I'm terrified of boats so I'm only using that as a figure of speech.
